Updated myelux User Registration Process
The registration process for myelux has changed. Please follow the instructions below based on your role.
Citrix Customers
- With Unicon Entitlements: Only customers with active Unicon entitlements can register new myelux users.
- To register, follow the Citrix Unicon Licensing Guide to activate Technical Scout Users (refer to page 5: "1) Activate a Technical Scout User" and "2) Complete the User setup in myelux").
- If you do not have access to your company’s Citrix MyAccount: please contact your internal Citrix administrator and ask them to complete these registration steps for you.
- Without Unicon Entitlements: Please contact your Citrix representative or Citrix partner to obtain trial access.
Partners
Partners should contact their Citrix contact to register new myelux users.
Citrix Employees
Please refer to the instructions communicated internally.
